$200 in pro shop credit

So I have $200 in pro shop credit to spend before the end of the season. What should I buy? I’m quite happy with my sticks so I don’t think I need any new clubs. Clothing is always an option, but I’m not much into fashion and have plenty of golf clothing. A new golf bag crossed my mind, but the one I have is serviceable enough. What would you guys buy if you had $200 to spend in your pro shop?

Balls, gloves, and tees

Scotty or a range finder. Sell them and put some cash back in your pocket

one of those those umpire clicker things to count your strokes and a sweet golf ball / tee caddy / score card holder for the pull cart. then the rest in Pinnacles and brush tees. that's definitely what i'd do!

GPS or shoes.

If you are happy with your sticks but your bag is "serviceable", then I would spend it on balls and gloves. But if that does not feel like a "splurge", then go for the new bag.

Get a Scotty. Perhaps use it and still get some coin back when you go to sell. Soft goods are worthless and so are wedges if you like what you already have. Sure you'll spend a couple $$ to make up the difference but you'll come out on top.

If you have a cart bag, nice carry bag. and visa versa.

I'd spend it on lessons if there is a capable pro on staff... Or I'd treat some friends to a round.

Can you buy a gift certificate with your book money?

I agree with the comments above about balls, gloves or shoes. I have a credit and don't want equipment, I'd spend it on golf items I hate spending money on.

I canjustify buying a club Or paying for a lesson. But I HATE paying for gloves, balls and shoes.

I can't believe they award pro shop credit as a prize and then put an expiration date on it.

To answer the question, I'd probably use it to buy something that normally would be out of reach. A $500 driver fitted to you for $300 is a pretty good deal, as is a $400 Scotty for $200.

I'd say buy a new pair of golf shoes and a dozen (or 2) balls. That should cover it.

Laser Range Finder and pay the rest out of my own pocket, or a newer released gps.

I always use it to buy the stuff I don't want to buy because its not really my money going into it. Things like rain gloves/rain jacket, towels, tees, etc. All the stuff you don't use or need until you actually need it.

I’d go for shoes. Find out when the shop is having a sale and buy them then. If any $$ left then balls or gloves.

Is it good at the bar? If so, consider going on a bender culminating in the utilization of a $5 Uber to get you home safely.

I have the same deal. But no GPS units in the shop, and they don’t have the balls or gloves I use.

But I’ll find soemthing.

Is it your course or can you just use it for some greens fees for you an your buddies?
