Why Does Paulina Look Unrecognizable?

Saw the blurb over at GolfDigest.com under The Loop. Apparently there was some made-up internet intrigue about Paulina and Amanda Balionis, and they later posted a picture together to put the rumors to rest. I had no idea it was Paulina when I looked at the picture.

No doubt she's a very beautiful woman in this photo, but she looks like a completely different beautiful woman. Just weird.

And the picture with Amanda interviewing Dustin w/ Paulina in the background was not a meme. Definitions vary, but I like the one from Wikipedia:

"[A]n idea, behavior, or style that spreads from person to person within a culture—often with the aim of conveying a particular phenomenon, theme, or meaning represented by the meme." This was just an unintentionally funny video clip.

Looks like the same person to me. Lighting/post processing are different though.

First pic looks to be a cell phone shot using a filter in instagram or snapchat or something to soften features. Second one is using a much better lens (look at the bokeh) and a lot less over the top post processing

No way I would pick her out as Paulina in the first pic.....its similar to the post op/plastic surgery) Renee Zellweger, although if it is Paulina she still looks good, Renee looked, well less than good!

It definitely looks like she had cheek implants done since the first picture. Breast implants were already done, and she has shaped her eyebrows since the first photo too.

Its called 'fame, money and plastic surgey' with a side of narcissism and keeping-up-with-the-joneses.
