Smaller headed lob wedge

Does anyone know of any 60 degree wedges that have a smaller head that usual? I play an SM6 and hate how big the head is, compared it to a MG wedge and that is bigger still. Read that Speith has his 60 ground to make the head smaller, so I'm not alone in preferring a smaller head. What's annoying is that the 54 I have is small and perfect

The new Ping Glide Forged Wedges are pretty small

Mizuno T7. Don’t know if they are actually smaller but definitely feel and look smaller than any others.

Yonex Ezone Tour Forged are small.

Many Gauge Design wedges are small as well.

I’ve picked up the 54* and 58*, they are smaller than what what is available at the moment if you can find them.

I play the Hogan TK Wedges, and they are definitely smaller and have higher CoG as well for more penetrating shots.

Edel, Ping Glide Forged, some Mizuno models come to mind ...

Yes, I've found the Titleist heads to be too big for long term comfort - I buy, then sell them.

And to edit, I do not think the Ping Glide Stealth 2.0 are big - I'd say "normal." They are slim and offer forgiveness with great grinds.

Bridgestone j15 forged wedge, tear drop shape and versatile sole, pretty compact. I don't have the 60, but I do the 56 and it is easy to open up and hit anything. I have read from people on these forums that got the 60 degree and they were raving about how easy they were to just use and be able to scoop the ball without any issues at all. You can get a brand new one on the bay for about 69 bucks, it's a steal.

I have a Titleist 200-series 60* that's pretty small, but non-conforming if that bothers you.

Mizuno T-11s have a small profile, but finding one in good condition might be tough.

Also Callaway MD2 wedges have a pretty small head. I always wanted a 60* Tour Grind, but they didn't make them available where I live.

I'm sure there's more.

The Scor wedges I've seen are pretty compact.

Old Scratch stuff if you can find it

The older Cleveland models were pretty small I think. Also if it's the look you're after, don't sleep on black heads, they really optically make the club look smaller to me.

T7's are definitely one of the more compact wedge heads out. The PW head is ridiculously good looking.

I went from TVDs to the T7 and they are WAY smaller. The Mizuno teardrop is my favorite wedge shape, I just wish they could remake the MP T-11.

Yes old scratch wedges were very small. Of all the current wedges available the Mizuno T7 wedge is the smallest. I would also say the rtx 3 blade is somewhat compact too

Hogan TK and Edel are nice compact wedges

Hogan TK was discontinued but they are selling off the leftover stock with shaft

I was going to chime in with Scratch 1018 series. I carry a Nike Engage toe sweep 60 degree and it's pretty compact at address.

Older model - Mizuno Black Ox

As far as off the rack domestic wedges fo MIZUNO has smallest headsize I know of across the board.....its why I use them

B stone are pretty compact but hard to find....

And scratch if they still around were small

But for availability and popular brands MIZUNO for sure

I played everything and I know its personal but Mizzy wedges are phenomenal...I have set of vokeys, Cleveland, yururis, and Callaway and continue to use "T" series for last 3-4 yrs from mizzy

Played vokes up until the red dot (red spin milled) and switched over to mizzy....the T7 60 deg is my favorite club, it just glides thru turf on any shot for me, maybe the way I swing idk but it's not leaving and yes I still have bad days with it,,lol

The new Mizuno T7 wedges have a real sharp look to them.

Have you also tried different finishes on the wedges? Some matte wedges often seem a little smaller than the chrome counterparts.

Agreed, the new Cleveland wedges are noticeably smaller than their last model.

On The component side the new PCF Pro from Wishon is compact. As is the FC-One from swing science.

Glide 2.0 Stealth “look” smaller. I think they are average sized, but the black is deceiving. Excellent wedges by the way. I think the best Ping has ever put out.
