2019 Equipment Contract Changes

So, usually I’m not one to come on here a just spread hearsay, but thought this was pretty interesting and I’d share. But apparently the rumor is that Rickie Fowler and Cobra will be parting ways in 2019 and Rickie will sign with Srixon and play their clubs.

Again, this is something I’ve heard through a buddy of mine who’s pretty tight with his buddy who works for Cobra. Take it with a grain of salt for now. Will be interesting to see if this actually happens.

Very interesting. The new Z85 series irons are great looking. Still have to hit them though. I did hit the U85 3 and it might just be the best feeling driving iron I’ve ever hit

Not like Cobra is killing it in the market. I can't remember the last time I've seen Cobra anything in bags around the courses I play. I could very easily see Cobra leaving golf just like Nike did.

I dunno. Cobra has put out some real good stuff here recently and keeps innovating. Puma makes nice stuff too.

I cannot see him with an orange Srixon hat lol. Just picturing that is laughable. A flat brimmed Srixon hat. ROFL.

Srixon makes great equipment but Soft goods they’re way behind puma.

Rickie just signed a long term contract extension with Cobra in Jan/Feb of this year.

I agree on the soft goods. They’re hats are terrible.

Srixon if you’re reading this, turn off ‘BOLD’ on your font editor.

A nice thin-line font on their balls and hats would look very classy.
