Bought Ping G400 LST 8.5 (9.2 Measured) Head - Shaft ???

Have it down to about 2 shafts

112-115 ish , hard not fluid swing , 1-2.5 + AOA

Taking other suggestions

I swing just about the same with the same club, but a Speeder 7.2 TS X shaft. I don't think you've got the juice for an 80g driver shaft. What miss are you wanting your shaft to help you overcome? I've lofted down 0.6º to get the lie angle flatter slightly to help fight the left miss.

Correct M-4 , a touch more forgiveness but mostly a hair lower spin. 12-14* launch 2200-2500 rpm

Agreed on the 80 and I flip flop on the shafts

Though when I get squirrelly with the drive , pull my M2 deep face 3w 14.2* with d+ 90tx and it’s damn near as long as my driver , and deadly accurate , the 80 gives me tons of control .

80 esp if I play 44.75”

Stable feel is what I love in an 80 gram set up , also my 80g is low torque

Installed the pro white

Tipped up PO 80tx , love the counter balance and the one piece feel

Might launch a hair low , spin , 2,000 ish but DAMN straight

Forgiveness is in the head. Dispersion is a bit more a function of the right shaft. The ck pro series shafts definitely help reduce dispersion. But from a forgiveness standpoint, I believe you were looking for something that wasn't to be had. I believe the m4 is a more forgiving head than the g400 lst.

M4 - Pro White and Orange - both TX

Went with the Ping LST G400, head to head, it was a hair more forgiving and slightly lower spin believe it or not than the m4

I love the the Pro White TX , get some really long bombs with the in both heads with that shaft, though Bc of the butt design on that club, it sometimes feels whippy in the hands. Whereas the PO 80TX , more one piece and I Can feel the SW reduction with the counter balance and the control is phenomenal.
