I still play the 5050, nothing can kick it out of the bag. Have not found a fairway wood that outperforms it (for me).

Don't forget the 4555 and 2080!

I gamed the 3070 and 4555.

The 3070 is a Top 5 All Time Great! In the likes of the conversation with Titleist's 970, Taylor Made's V-Steel, Tour Edge's CB1/CB2, etc.
I played a 4060 for years and years. Finally bought a new three wood, realized it was still sitting downstairs so I decided to list it on the BST in case someone is interested. 14.5* 3-wood with a Matrix Ozik Code-8 shaft.

I have a 2007 burner tp ts with an aftermarket shaft in. I’m not sure a better 3 wood has ever been made. I also have a 15 degree v-steel that is a close 2nd

I'm a fan of many of these clubs, but most aren't that rare or unseen. I mean I still bag the 2007 Burner driver, 3 and 5, but unicorns? At my cap, the G25 irons are by far the best set I have owned, and I have gone through Mizzys and Titleists and others. But do they qualify for unicorn status above Hogans or Eye2 1-iron? I know OP said 15 years, but unicorns are timeless creatures. Within 15 years, if I had to choose one club for all of golf, it would have to be the Odyssey 2-ball that inspired the perfect putter, the White Hot #7.

From an alternate perspective, the Nickent 3Dx Pro fairway wood was a great club, but I’ve never seen one anywhere except in my golf bag. Great feel and trajectory and a hosel that was designed to be adjusted for lie angle.

I have a set of near mint Tour issue Adams MB2 PVD (5 port) w/ Tour issue DG X100 that I could part with if anyone is interested. I'm based in the UK but I can send internationally for
cost. Not looking for a lot of money for them really. Happy to provide pictures if anyone is interested.

The 2016m2 could be a unicorn if it was structurally sound. The 2016m1/m2 models failed at high speeds quickly.

I've caved maybe 20 heads over time including m1 heads of both sizes. Never had a single issue with the 8.5 M2 2016 heads though. I'm not sure if the tour heads differ in construction or not but it wouldn't surprise me.

Both my 2016 heads were tour heads as well.

We have possibly found the threshold of the head for speed then. You're faster than I am so possibly beyond that 125 range is where the heads can fail. Not that we can blame them I suppose.

Maybe not quite old enough, but the 2012 Nike Vr Forged Pro Combos are an absolute classic for me.

Nike Pro Combo Tour irons. I'm not a golf equipment historian but if I recall these were one of the first full combo type sets offered straight off the rack. I always envied this set in the mid 2000s and recall guys like Trevor Immelman, David Duval & Jason Gore among other Nike staffers gaming them. I recently picked up a set off the bay and can't wait to restore them!
The tour issue matte black finished 13° Titleist 906F2. That thing was in the bag forever until the RBZ tour spoon finally kicked it out. Try finding one now.
Was a "Hybrid" Fairway. Was a blend of the 4060 and 5050. Was a cult like club. I had one, along with my 3070, and while I didn't LOVE the 4555, I DIDN'T hate it either. Just didn't fit my setup at the time. Was a bit awkward, I was trying to force it.

JMO, but I thought the 3070DF, was the club to own of the bunch from the time period.

If I had to go back in time and change history, I would have gone 16° 3070DF and the 20° Idea Pro Hybrid; rather than, 16° 3070DF, 19° 4555, and then 20° Idea Pro Hybrid.

Thinking about this and talking about it makes me appreciate "BigHitter's" sales skills! That man must have made a mint for a few years! Lime green everything, Adams and TM!!
