Currently deciding between these two after a failed experiment with miura cb501 with modus120

These two play softer feel than the miura, but the spin that i get from these 2 is so different

Vr pro would get full carry and most will drop and spin back for me

Jpx900 tour with project x lz will carry higher, takes one hop forward and spin back

I keep on reading that dynamic gold is suppose to be low spin and low launch

And i actually feel that DG felt more solid on good shots

Would the head difference makes that much difference with the spin?

I also agree dynamic "seems" like a better feel than the others u mentioned, however feel and reality can be way different..shaft is the engine...the head if specs are right should be pretty consistent to its category of play(mb, cb, gi, etc

Heads will make a difference, but it could just be DG fits your swing better in terms of tempo and kick. DG is stiffer in both the tip and butt sections. LZ has a softer middle section. Maybe that's just something that doesn't feel right to you at impact.

Also another thing i notice, it felt to be easier to shape the ball with DG

Project x always felt harder to hit low push hooks and slice on demand

Anyone actually felt the same?

like a couple others mentioned, it plays to your swing characteristics. I highly doubt one shaft is categorically easier to shape for all swings
