I watch a lot of Perry Mason reruns. In today's light some of them are almost comedic. I always get a laugh at the stunned looks that always appear on Burger and Tragg's faces when their sure thing murder case starts to spiral down the drain. Law and Order and Barney Miller are also a couple favorites. Former LAPD detective and best-selling author Joseph Wambaugh once said that Barney Miller was the most realistic police show on television at the time.
