Goblet squats solve all ye problems.

I blew up my knee playin da fooball. Started killin me 20 years later. Legs felt crappy in general. Wasnt the knee, was total atrophy of my quads, glutes, hams. Then

Goblet squats, easy on the back, shred your legs, now I can jump over those mountains

    Do it!

LOL!! I’d love to be able to do goblet squats....or any squats for that matter.

I literally can’t even squat down to read putts anymore, and that’s with braces on both knees. My joints are toast.

I can still somehow swing the driver 110 mph, but when I post up on my left leg for my follow through I never know if it might be the last time.

I really think I need me some of that magic marijuana juice

Haven't suffered from any kind of 'driver-related wrist problems, but having said that, I must also say this:

You are 'really reaching here' to mention the SLDR-C in some context, but if this is all you could come up with, your intellect is a bit pathetic.

However, despite your desperate 'stretch quote', I certainly do concede that my knees and back ache from time-to-time...No doubt there are many others here who are familiar with similar aches and pains! Once you pass 'middle age' those kind of 'aches and pains' start to occur, even to those who don't play golf!... image/swoon.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':swoon:' />
