ok 2 quick questions. Im an old guy (63) and I need help in 2 areas



bringing the club back further



and more speed coming into the ball



any training devises or suggestions

    At minimum 'the orange whip' or another weighted club. Swing before rounds and on days off. Its helps with tempo and since its weighted it helps with flexibility and getting a fuller shoulder turn.

    Stretch and stretch some more. Lots of golf flexibility exercises out there.
