Trying to figure out what I did wrong relisting something that was deleted

OK, got a warning for mutiple BST ads, but in my defense, it didn't look like the ad got posted, thought maybe my computer was acting up, so kept clicking and the same ad ended up getting posted 4 times. I immediately closed the other 3 ads and left one up. Got a warning about multiple posts. Yup my bad.

But then a couple of days later I couldn't find the 1 ad out of 4 I left up and figured it was deleted for the 4 BST violation.

So I reposted the item and got hit with a 2nd warning for reposting within 30 days. This is where I am unclear. If a mod took down the BST (when I posted 4 by accident) does that prohibit me from listing that item for another 30 days? I didn't end the auction and didn't want it to end, and if it was still up, wouldn't have tried to relist it.

And in my defense, I did close the 3 duplicate ads when I realized what I had done and they were all for the same item. It wasn't like I tried to post 4 separate ads.

Would appreciate some help/guidance.

Thanks

None of the warnings were for posting multiple ads at the same time.

    Per your warnings:

The first warning was for a 24 hour violation.

The second warning was for a 30 days relist violation. The wedges were relisted a few days early.

Hey, appreciate the reply and I understand my confusion now. I thought the 24 hour violation was because of the 4 BSTs (3 accidental) and not the closing of my prior ad.

The wedge violation was just compounded dumbness for not looking at the date, really thought I was past the 30 days but didn't verify so my fault there too.

Thanks for the clarifications. It helps.
