Don't get too drunk and don't run naked on the 16th fairway.

After walking the course, perhaps spend 20 minutes in the bleachers directly behind the 17th tee. It's a driveable par 4 and watching tee shots is always enjoyable. Also, the front nine usually has less people and you can find a nice place to take a load off and watch the action. Behind the 7th tee (I think, its a long par 3) is another good place.

    Enjoy!

Due to the Super Bowl on CBS, this tournament moves over to NBC this year.

Saturday will be the final broadcast for longtime announcer Johnny Miller.

On Sunday Paul Azinger will move into the booth to start his run at NBC.

Can't say that I will be sad to no longer here Johnny. To be fair Sky Sports have their guys at so many tournaments these days that it is not all that often that you do hear the American commentary team at the bigger events so our exposure to Johnny has been limited anyway.

As you can see Talor Gooch WD as he's already in the field. He'll show up in the field later today when they release the tee times.

Agreed. There are some interesting names reduced to Monday qualifying these days, Robert Garrigus, Spencer Levin, Ricky Barnes. It's a fleeting game.

Next best place to park it is at El Rancho on 12. You can see 5 or so holes from there and it's not as crzy as 16 but still lots of fun.
