Sorry for your pain. It has been a strange Winter to say the least. We had snow on the ground here in the South up until yesterday with some really frigid days. Hopefully, your suffering will end soon.

It's always 64, sunny and no wind in the company warehouse. Having a cage and simulator keeps me sane throughout the winter. That along with the addition of a winter sport this year.

well, I am sorry for all of your locations. Here, we have had some cold days too. All the way down to 50 degrees image/pimp.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':pimp:' />

I have been living in SW Florida for the past 20 years to golf life is good. I lived in Germany for 8 years. We were able to play in the winter months at times. The Heildelberg GC would put three holes in the green and after you played the hole you moved the pin to the next hold in the rotation.

    Snowed in Pittsburgh again.

I really just want to hit a few balls off grass. I'm dying here. There have been a few okay days, but those were weekdays, then the weekends are back to the 20's and 30's. I'm so sick of mats. I hate mats. I'm working on swing changes and just want to hit a real ball off real ground. Is that so much to ask?!?

Mats are evil in the winter on joints and I refuse to hit balls on them. Makes for a rotten winter in Northeast Ohio. I can’t wait to get back on the grass. I’m hoping next weekends break in the weather compels my go to winter track to open the doors out of mercy for us weary souls. BB

We had a fifteen minute blizzard late afternoon. We'd already played our round of (windy) golf though and the drizzle has washed it all away. That's the first snow we've seen all winter and hopefully it's the last. My main concern is rain - the courses are getting soggy but most aren't too bad at the moment. But they need good conditions to help them recover from last summer - most of them are still showing damage.

Most of the warm weather states have a winter... it's just called summer.

Be it 90% humidity or triple digit temps, you don't want to be outside golfing.

It’s getting fun here today in Northern Colorado. 27 holes yesterday, sunny skies and almost 60*. Today........

We’re in a blizzard warning. Been raining hard for a couple hours (needed moisture), supposed to turn into heavy, wet snow at 10:00 am and the wind is supposed to blow up to 50 mph. And northeast of us, along the I80 corridor in Nebraska, it’s supposed to be much worse.
