Any TXG Fitting experiences

My current bag was built by a custom fitter many years ago. I've been watching TXG videos and would like to hear if anyone has been fitted by TXG?

Thanks

They are first class. Ian is exactly how he appears on video, genuine, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. They have really good staff there as well, Mac is great. Facility and products are high tech and modern. Their service great, very accommodating and they make sure you leave properly fitted even if it means staying a bit longer or coming back, they don’t treat the fitting like a rush through revolving door or a sales pitch. I really don’t know what else you could want in a fitter, and I’m pretty picky.

I'm heading there for a fitting in early March (by Ian).

I decided to do the fitting over 2 days since I know there will be a lot of swings involved.

    I can't wait!

That's great, please provide your experience. I'm looking to go in May or early June and split the fitting over two days just as you are and make a vacation out of it.

Will do. If you want to work with Ian, make your appointment early as his schedule fills up fast.

Wow! What a great experience that will be! I'd love to get fit by Ian! He seems like the most knowledgeable fitter I've ever seen or heard! I'd love to have the opportunity to be fit by someone of his caliber! My closet/most economical choice would be club champion, and I'm skeptical as to the accuracy/experience of the fitters compared to someone like Ian! And truthfully, it probably wouldn't help my game that much!

How much do you think a full bag fit goes for? Shafts and all? TXG with Ian $500 plus clubs. What do you think the bill is at the end of the day with regular OEM clubs?$5000?

Yea, I agree. In fact, I have a Club Champion opening up just down the road from me on Mar 1st --> and I'm going to drive 3+ hours instead so that I can be be fit by Ian! LOL....

    1) Remember, Ian $500 fitting is in Canadian dollars right now would be about $325 American.

    2) I imagine a whole now set from driver to wedges would be in the $3,000-$4,000 range. Probably depends on how exotic someone goes with the shafts etc. Of course, I may just take the info and have someone else build the clubs. Haven't decided yet.
