I see FM has disappeared from the Bettinardi website tour players.

Rumor has it he's going to Callaway. True?

He cashed in his Open win! Wouldn’t you?!

Still up in the air. He has only played one tournament this year and that was the Sentry Tournament of Champions in the first week of 2019. There he had what was essentially a full set of Callaway clubs including a Toulon putter. He didn't say very much as to whether or not he had signed a deal. His caddie was carrying a plain carry bag and no staff bag. It will be interesting to see what route he goes down but it is definitely a strange one given the success that he had last year.

I noted the extended break, he's posted on Instagram some fitness related stuff so appears to be keeping the equipment side of things under wraps. Surely he's spending a significant time testing if he's considering a deal, probably would do that anyway even if he was staying a free agent.

He was supposed to be playing at Riviera but is getting over a dose of the flu.

Shame, you would think that Riveria would be a perfect course for him with the straight and now much longer driving.

I can't believe he would give up the Bettinardi after the way he was putting with it. Money is hard to turn down though.

He just needs to sign with a brand who lets him keep the Betti..... Not sure if that's an option with Callaway or not..

Yep..............and I wonder if he is holding back on signing a full Callaway bag deal to see if he can keep the the Betti Putter deal too.

I saw a great photo on the net of his bag at the Sentry showing a set of bladed Callaway irons.

Danny Choo was certain his career was over, given the cally clubs didnt vibe with his swing DNA.

He did go to Callaway and ditched Betti.

Those Irons 4-9 are Miura though. For sure.

I think it’s just Sergio all over again. Get the fat check , except Chicco already won API with Callaway (a bit of Miura in 5-9 image/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' /> shhh don’t tell)

I dunno why Sergio couldn’t get it done, maybe too much relaxing!

He was interviewed on Sky after his win at API and said that it was his best putting round ever.
