M3 hybrid with weight that won't slide

Bought an M3 on BST and the adjustable weight won't slide properly in the track between the Fade and Draw setting. When it arrived the weight was in the middle. Takes a lot of effort to get it to move up to Fade, but it just won't move from the middle to the Draw position. It almost looks as if the channel isn't wide enough in the Draw area, as if it narrows somewhere in the middle between Fade and Draw. The club is in pretty good shape and doesn't show any signs of abuse, so this is kind of strange. Anyone have this problem with an M3 hybrid? Any suggestions? Thanks.

All I can suggest is to remove the weight completely and thoroughly clean out the slider track. It's really easy for the hybrid track to collect turf and dirt from all the impacts with the ground. Which is (BTW) the reason I really dislike the 2017 M1 design and much prefer the 2016 M1 rescue.
