Why does Not allowed because of spam only do their tests with the Bridgestone tourB XS ball? I think it’s the

Is it the most consistent?

Did they just pick a ball at random?

Is it because tiger uses it (just kidding)

Not sure who "not allowed because of spam" is, but I'd think mainly because of it's good performance, cheap cost, and it's not a very polarizing company. Using a Titleist or Callaway or even Taylormade would seem like it's biased toward a big company's ball. I don't know really, but if I was ever doing testing I'd want to use a good performing ball that doesn't have some huge marketing. There's not many people that have a bad opinion of Bridgestone like they might other companies.

Didn't they used to use the Rx?

They used to use the B330, then switched when the tour B came out. Not sure which version of the tour B they use.

I’m clearly not allowed to say the other sites name, but I posted on there as well.

Knowing they do unbiased testing, maybe it is because bridgestone is a lesser known company.

I was hoping for a performance reason.

I've just picked up 2 dozen B XS. I actually got the Tiger version as they were £5 cheaper per dozen over the non-Tiger version. I'll just put a pen line over his name... I'm playing next weekend so I will report back against my 2018 Chromesoft once I've had chance to hit a few.
