I bet his deal did end. Total free agent. I know Greg shot his bag a few weeks back. Almost all Ping. I wonder if any changes are coming.

He's been playing pretty well this year and is T7th in Puerto Rico.

His last tour win was the 2016 Barbasol, maybe he's due another opposite field event.

    Made 725k in 2018, 755k in 2017, $1.6M in 2016. There's a lot more out there than just the top 30 guys.

If he was only a better ball striker because he can fill it up with the putter. Also made a 3 on a par 4 a few years ago after hitting his drive OB and then reteed and nailed his next shot. No video of it unfortunately.

I remember him as a kid...wow he could play..

Gary Player (I think it was) said Baddeley was more accomplished coming onto tour than Tiger...

Which was arguable...but not far off..

He could putt as well as anyone in the world in those days...

But he came on tour and got buzz sawed by Vijay, Tiger, Phil, Paddy and the other mid 2000s guys..

Was quite a player but historically I wouldn’t want to have peaked in 2007....too many buzz saws

Badds, is the kind of guy that CH3 looks at and thinks, what a waste of talent.

I am not saying that he has not have a fine career but he has massively underachieved given the potential that he had coming through as an amateur.

What is the normal timeframe for endorsement deals to end? The middle-end of February seems like a strange time for a contract to expire, with the regular season getting into full swing.

It is weird. Was Baddely on Ping's website this year? Maybe Ping let him out of his deal early, after the Waste Management.

If Aaron Baddeley holds on to his third round lead tomorrow in Puerto Rico, he will join them.

Just my opinion.... i think Badds puts his faith and family before his golf these days. Iʻm sure he still wants the Wʻs but wonʻt sacrifice the first two listed. Always been a huge fan of his swing, to bad he derailed himself with the StacknTilt years ago. Itʻs a long way back.

My mental “go to” for a putting routine is the Badds way.

Just seen him leading the Puerto Rico Open, which was a major surprise.

Seems he's had great improvements with a golf coach... Brad Malone.

Check out this website for him... a masterpiece in minimalist understatement.

    http://bradmalone.com/Contact.html

He is, after all, alsoor has been(?) coach for Adam Scott, an intersting artcile about Scott and Malone

When he was 18-20 and won the Australian Open twice, first time as an amateur, he had the most incredible swing, simple, effective, pure, silky, just beautiful, after he went to the Masters and got on the PGA tour for whatever reasons decided he had to change his swing, changed it for years, which in my uneducated opinion was a real shame, then I think, last year, or maybe 2017 I read an article where he said he was trying to get his original swing back.....Maybe IBF was his mentor!
