Suggestions for FW with $150 to spend?

I'm currently playing a Sonartec SS07 & want to try a more "modern" FW: a larger clubhead, more forgiving & a lighter shaft than the Fujikura Speeder 869 I've got in the Sonartec. I plan to try the latest Titleist, Ping & Callaway models that fit in that budget. Any thoughts on those mentioned or suggestions for other models I should try? Thanks!...

The G is actually the club I'm hoping to find, but I didn't think I could find it for what I've budgeted. That's a great deal! One of my regular partners plays all Ping clubs including the G driver & FWs. I've hit his many times; not a big fan of the G driver but love the FWs!

816 alpha Callaway was a great club and can be had cheap. Try Callaway preowned. Lots of good deals. Different models as well. Condition is usually even better than they say.

I'd look for a used Rogue or maybe an M2/M4. The 917 fairways and the Cobra F6/F7/F8 were very good as well.

They are $169 on the GG website, but I had a coupon and some rewards bucks too I believe. I think you can get it for $150 with some luck.

Try to find a 2017 M2/M2 Tour. The M2 Tour is an absolute missile launcher. If it fits your game.

Guess I just got lucky for once dealing w/Ebay, and saw a brand new, in plastic, Rogue 3 wood listed from a national seller with a 99% feedback. Think there were 2 bids up to $45, with 3 days to go. What the heck, fired down a bid, and waited it out. Last night as bidding time was waning, got that infamous 14 minute Ebay warning till bidding close. Only sitting at $145. Long story short, waited till last minute when bidding usually escalates, but zilch. Truly expecting a last second barage, I threw in a hail mary bid, and ****, I won it at $147, plus $9 shipping. So, I guess that would qualify as the best fairway wood option I have found for about $150. Even a blind squirrel find that acorn occasionally.

Hard to go wrong with Ping... they may not be the longest but will more than likely be one of the easiest... I have a '16 M2 15* paired with a Proforce V2 66 stiff I may be willing to part with if interested.... definitely longer than the Pings for me, almost too long for my gaps.

I picked up a Ping G 5W (very slightly used) for $80 and it's easily the best FW I've personally ever hit. High, straight and long from ALL lies.

Ping g or ping g400 . I did not love the head shape of the g30. Confidence inspiring behind the ball for both tee shots and fairway, it just screams easy to hit at address. And extremely forgiving in my book. I don’t need a 3 wood to go almost as far as my driver. For some that’s what they like. And this isn’t going to be the longest fairway but definitely the easiest in my book.
