Differences between g410 and g400 hybrid and fairways

I love my G400 fairway and hybrid. I wanted to see if anyone had compared them directly and could tell me the main differences in performance and feel between the two.

Obviously, the hybrid is adjustable now which I love. But other than that, is it worth looking into upgrading?

I can only speak for the G410 hybrid. I feel that the G410 has a hotter face (dont know why, could be placebo effect for something shiny) but in the same degree G400 (19*) I feel I am getting more distance. It could also come down to the better shaft offerings imo. I have a Tensei Pro Blue in my 410 19* and its the best hybrid I have owned. The G400 hybrid tended to balloon on me a lot and I tried both the stock Alta CB shaft and the Tour shaft and had similar issues. The G410 does not

did you make sure that you took off both clear face stickers? This could be one reason for more distance due to less spin.

I did have the clear plastic off. In fact on my G400 there were two layers of clear face stickers. I believe my distance gain was due to the new shaft offerings in the 410 fitting my swing. I definitely had to double check the G400 face along with the G410 after reading some comments on here about it.

A lot of people seem to be saying the G410 hybrid is a bit longer. I'm a bit surprised, as I thought these (and the FWs) seemed pretty much the same except for the more flexible adapter.

Would be interested in comments on the FWs as well.

I want a g410 19* hybrid. Do you have a pro blue in stiff or x? I’m in between flexes a lot of times, but with mid kick type of shafts I go x frequently. Curious if you have hit both flexes. Also wondering if anybody has hit the Alta CB shaft in X? I like counterbalanced shafts. Thanks.

Before today, I played g400 lst driver, stretch and 5w. I picked up a 410 3w lst from here and hit it today for the first time. My goal was to move away from a 3w/5w to make room for an extra wedge. I love the smaller head in the lst. It was great off of tight lies though it will take a little getting used to of the tee compared to the stretch. The club had plenty of distance and I was slightly off center with my swings. If the g400 3w spins too much for you the g410 lst is worth the upgrade.

Just know the new faces appear to show more wear and faster. The G400 5w was played for 18 months (Florida so year round golf). The g410 12-15 swings

I’ve hit both Stiff and XStiff in the Pro Blue with the G410. I usually play Stiff in everything but at the time of testing they only had X. I had a hard time turning it over that’s for sure with the X. The stiff just fit my swing the best. I thought the X would be too stout...I have a 101 Driver SS. but it wasn’t too stout

The 410 is definitely longer to me. Both hybrids 19* with same shaft (Alta) and the 410 is longer and easier to launch.

I was like 210yds to the green into a moderate wind, picked my hybrid, although it is not its distance (but FW to come this week didn’t give other options), landed few feet from the green.

It is also true that my swing is improving, but this thing is a beast
