2 years in....

I'm not sure where this phrase comes from, I just know its not my own, but I can relate so much to the idea. "The more you learn, the less you know." Its been awesome to dive so much deeper by the help of your comments, and your experience in golf and the expertise that is freely offered, when I finally figure out how to ask the right question. 

A little about me. Utah is home and most of my golf experience has been here in state through, jr. golf, high school and amateur, and local section pga. Ive only traveled to one mecca in the golfing world, with plans that hopefully take me to more and more. 

Over the last two years I've dipped my toes in, putter modification, changed my stroke and grip, studied course architecture, found out which clubs of mine I'm really glad i've held on to, and have become very depressed for some that I have let go (wont ever happen again), started to understand a little bit more about golf club tech; shafts, swing weights, turf interaction, cg profiles, so on and so forth. 

This is a long winded way of saying, Im thankful for what this place is. I can think of just about anything in the golf world, and be pretty sure I can find an answer or opinions in bunches with a couple clicks. So thank you, and I cant wait to see what these changes turn into.

Oh, my Fiancé just got me this set of 765s for me and though I’m unable to hit full swings yet due to health issues, these are friggin gorgeous and she bagged a set for a few rounds and said that they’re the real deal and she actually likes em better than the her Mizzy 18s(she’s a staffer), lol.

My Bud also Plays em and he said that there wasn’t enough of a difference in them and the 785s for him to make the switch so he got a second set cuz he’s worse than me about changing irons, lol. I’ve only bagged two brands of irons in my 50+ years in the game, Staff the first 20+ and the last season of my last in the game and Mizzies for the next 30 years, so I was reluctant when she said that I’ve gotta try em, lol.
