Best barefoot course in mid April?

Can’t seem to find anything conclusive here...

What’s the best of the Four Barefoot courses, and which is in best current condition (or expected to be within the next 3 weeks). I feel like I’ve seen hit or miss conditions here...

Also, looking to do a replay. For folks that have done this, how likely is that your able to book the replay at a desirable time the day of? If you know you want to play twice, are you better off just booking your preferred times and paying the slight difference?

The best is probably the style you like. BF Dye is more private, since it's separate from the 3 resort courses.

Conditions are usually the same, but could vary. Bermuda grass is just coming out of dormancy, so

conditions are improving daily. No winter kill this spring.

If you want to control the course and tee time, you can book 2 rounds, but you will pay the full price.

If you want to decide on a replay that day, a replay will cost about half price plus about $10. You will risk not getting a replay or maybe have to wait longer than you want, if it's a busy day. Wed is a good rate special at BF.

Fazio + Norman Single Tee, so if you start early on one of them, you may play faster and have more time for a replay.

The other 2 courses double tee, which can be slower.

I recommend booking 6 hours apart or more, if booking 2 rounds.

So safe to say stay away from Norman?

Do you have to drive from Dye to the other resort clubhouse?

Conditions are generally the same at all 4 BF courses. Most rank Norman 4th, probably due to

housing, but it also has holes on the waterway. But Norman is still a top 25 MB course.

The BF DYE course is separate from the 3 Resort courses, about a half mile away, so you have to

drive between them. Dye has it's own range.

If you want to to use the Resort Range, I suggest that you be early and drive your car there, then to

the Resort courses. If you go to the clubhouse, they use a tram car ride to take you to the range.

BF Dye Hosts the Monday After the Masters tournament, so it might be in the best condition then, but

might not be open for play around that date.

Do the courses have breakfast? Is it buffet or just menu ordering?

The resort clubhouse has a buffet breakfast, if it is a time where the courses aren't busy it would just be off of the menu.
