I’d say 350g. Stamped so on the sole. I’d imagine that they weighed it after the tungsten addition.

Thanks for your input. In my opinion, I don't think so (which is my reason for asking) because these tungsten plugs would usually be added to preexisting finished heads. This is based on the fact that there are 340g & 350g heads of this exact Newport 2 variant (call it T1 or Timeless). If they already make 350g heads to begin with, then they probably wouldn't take a 340g and bump it to 350g unless the shape of the head is modified (such as thinned or shaved topline) which I don't see any evidence of. My best estimate for this putter is 360-365g. Knowing the length of the putter would probably help make a better guess too. I could be wrong and overthinking this though so I was hoping someone had the exact number.

Wait, you play a 009 with a weight reducing feature (sound slot) in it and tungsten weights. Does your putter weigh as originally quoted as a finished product? That might be the closest method of comparison with assumptions.

All good points.

To me this putter looks like the topline is thinned a touch. At least compared to natural 350g head. I always look for this as I prefer a thinner topline.

But you’re right. It could be heavier. I’d say those 4 small plugs are equal to the normal 2 large ones. Or close enough. I wonder why they used the small ? ( much prefer the look of the large ). Looks like they tried to get all the weight away from the face.

As for my 009. It’s a looooong story. Lol. My topline is thinner and also rolled a lot. So a lot of material taken off. This putter was also originally a long plumbers neck , and was broken .( part of that long story ) When it was rebuilt I had it changed to a mid length pipe neck and the tungsten sole weights added to counteract the weight loss in the neck . Finished product is perfectly balanced.

It’s 348 g now and was 352 with the plumbers neck.

Wow! Thanks for the insight. I looked over the photos again and noticed that the topline is thinner than standard as it usually sits completely flush to the backside of the neck. Completely missed it. I’ve seen another example where the topline is thinned to the end of the neck filet rather than halfway. Since, it’s the topline that got weight taken out then that’s probably why they went with the smaller plugs at the back instead of the bigger plugs as you also said.

Yep. It’s a minor thinning. Some toplines are really really thin. Those usually have tungsten weights and are by far my favorite. It creates a face that has some “ ting” to it.

Another one of Tigers backups? Just slightly modified with the tungsten weights.

I don’t know. This one has the new “ timeless” Cnc machined “ bomb” on it. And the look of a timeless and not Newport 2. Subtle. But huge in a way.
