Rickie Fowler's Scotty Cameron

Saw pictures of Rickie Fowler's putter (from [Jonathan Wall's twitter](

"Jonathan Wall's twitter") posted yesterday), which appears to be a similar putter he's been using, just with a redesign. Pictures below show the new putter, with "Rickie" in larger font, and an older model of his (which is [cited](

"cited") as his back up that was used by Justin Thomas at the 2018 Wells Fargo)

Looking at this design, curiosity struck me and the following thought came up: Has Scotty Cameron ever placed a tour/professional player's name in the place generally reserved for the brand name/logo (Scotty Cameron/Titleist/Achusnet)?

I’ve seen bible verses in the cavity. Blank , just a jester stamp , initials of the player and on and on.

Really? We're you not a fan of the F9 when you tried it! What did you think of the 4 iron as a utility did you like the shot, feel and sound of that? His wedges are weird but how was the spin you got? Surely you liked the irons when you hit them???

I assume you have hit all of them to make such a bold comment? Or just a cobra basher? Or even a Rickie basher?

Cobra makes great drivers and woods. I still play the F6 driver and have an F8 3 wood, both great clubs. I can't speak on their irons or wedges as I've never played them or tried them.

Yes, I've seen a bunch of stuff in the cavity as well (as I would suspect most people who view golfwrx regularly)...I am focused more on the fact of having the Player's name being in the largest font and the focal point in the cavity v. some other sentimental item; company/product name/logo (which the Scotty jester stamp would be a brand logo).

Simply found it interesting and wanted to know if there were any pictures out there of a similar Scotty Cameron design used.

Top putter has no alignment aid.. curious if he's actually got it in play or if its just for fun. Highly doubt Rickie would make that big of a change this close to the masters especially when he's been putting lights out.

Those custom Circle T’s don’t have to have any branding at all. Pretty common to only have a small circle t dot or logo and nothing else to brand it

I would love to get an anser style putter with a dot. I think a lot of other people would too, but they're very hard to find.

So you guys just buy a "naked" putter and add the dot? The problem is I'm very fond of the Anser 2 shape and they almost always come with a line on the flange. But I would be happy to try an Anser/Newport, 009, or something similar.

No. The dot has been there since day 1.

Best bet to get a dot is probably through ping. I’m pretty sure you can order an anser with a dot still.

Another option for the anser 2 shape is to look for a used Byron Morgan . Always nice option available

Thanks man!! Took me a bit to find it. I found my two unicorns this year and my stable is down to 3 CTs. Pretty stoked!
