Masters Week Golf from Airport or off of I-20

Hi Everyone,

Heading to the Masters for the Wednesday practice round, but will be looking to play on Tuesday after leaving the ATL Airport, and then on Thursday and Friday after heading back from Augusta. On Friday, would prefer to play within an hour west of the airport if possible. I think we would prefer to not play near Augusta due to the crowds, so we are fine with playing more rural courses along and off of I-20.

Any suggestions of some good public courses out that way?

Cherokee run - conyers

Smoke rise - Decatur

Stone Mountain/STONEMONT - Stone Mountain

Outside of lake Oconee, there’s not much down that I-20 ride.

Great, thanks for the responses. I'll check those out. It looks like Conyers is only about 35 minutes from the ATL airport, that will be perfect for a Friday round. Thanks.

Smoke Rise is okay...Cherokee Run is the best one near I20 unless you are okay with West of ATL on I20...if so, the Frog is probably the best layout.
