Best 2019 hybrid to fill 3w to 4i gap

Leaning towards the g410, but any other suggestions for a 19 degree? Currently have a 5 wood in the bag and a rotating 3 iron. Would like opinions on 2019 models specifically if possible. Thanks.

Nothing wrong with the g410. You might demo the Callaway Apex 19. I tried it last week and came away impressed.

G410 is good I’m gaming the H85 and actually prefer the bonded hosel and I hit straight missiles with that thing.

Srixon h85. Best hybrid since Adams a12 pro. I still have the Adams hybrid it was that good.

Apex ‘19 is the best hybrid I’ve hit.

Took six years to replace my hybrids... and Apex 19 crushes. By far best hybrids I’ve ever played.

I really like my Hogan VKTR 20* and 25* hybrids, they look a lot like the Adams Pro a12 and are only $135 new.

I just bought the 19° Rogue w/ Jailbreak and am looking at the 23° Apex 4 hybrid. I'm currently gaming the Titleist 915h and the Rogue outpaced it by almost 7-10 yards on average. I was extremely impressed with all the new Hybrids i tested, but man, those Callaway really felt solid. I really wanted to go with the Apex in the 3 hybrid, but the Rogue had a better dispersion. Going to go test all hybrids again (Rogue/Apex/G410/Titleist) to replace my 915 4H later this week.

Cobra F9 3H. I think the rails are a thing - I've hit that club out of the rough with good results. Isn't adjustable though if that is important to you.

I tested the Rogue vs. Apex vs Cobra F8 (my hybrid). The Rogue outperformed both the others on an outdoor range with Trackman and Callaway Chrome Soft balls. I went back and forth between the 3 hybrids multiple times and the results were consistent. The draw with the Rogue was alittle more than I want, so we ordered them 2 degrees flat. They are sitting in my bag, waiting for it to stop raining here in Indy.

After a fitting I actually came away with the Titleist 818H2 w/ Atmos HB TS Blue 80. Really, Really good flight at 21*. It may be a couple years old but this thing flat out performs.

How is the Apex 19 different from the Apex 16?

The 19 may be too low spin for me with some of my lower spin hybrid shafts. The feel is a lot firmer than the 16's. Not a fan of the gloss finish

I've found that I've grown quite accustomed to the shape and size of the Apex 16, and whenever I put something that is bigger or more a fairwood shape, my result isn't as good or consistent. I like the fact the older one had an 80 gram stock shaft. But as with everyone here, have the itch for change. Trying to resist!

I would say I prefer the old one (and it matches my 5h). For me the smaller the hybrid the better I do with it

New Callaway hybrids tested significantly shorter than the TM m6 hybrids I tested along side them. Callaway hybrids have a much harsher feel off the face and were considerably shorter in distance. Others have seen the same results.

Many thanks. I do think the trend for lower spin hybrids is going the wrong way. If it is supposed to be an iron replacement, it should spin enough to hold a green.

G410 does this perfectly for me. I have played the Mizuno CLK, Titleist H1, and G400 hybrid and the G410 is by far the most consistent. Being able to flatten the lie angle for me one degree is a game changer. I have been able to swing confidently knowing it wont snap left

Not the case for me at all.

Apex 19 felt better and had significantly better performance than TM hybrids, for me.

That being said, when it comes to hybrids, I am not looking for maximum length.

First, it needs to fill the distance gap between irons and woods. Then it has to perform for the shots I hit; for me, that is more into greens than off the tee. Finally, and equally important, it needs to be accurate/forgiving. For me, Callaway Apex 19 filled each slot perfectly.

Went in to my local shop 95% sure I was gonna walk out with a G410 to replace an 816H1 that was causing issues in my gapping. Hit about 20 balls of the G410 and 818H1, and both were pretty similar still at my issue. Gentleman grabbed an M6 and put it in my hands, problem solved! M6 crushed the G410 in every category for me, so I bagged it up. Keep an open mind, try a few different ones if possible, and go with what works best for you!

If I were buying new it would be M6. Same result as post above on local store simulator. Not even close.

Another vote for the H85

I recently went through a bag fitting, and was previously playing 913H's. In the end the Callaway Apex was tops. Accuracy was the key. I could get after it and had a nice baby draw with it. Not as long as some of the others but I'll take accuracy right now. Sound and feel was great too. Visually it was the best looking to my eye.
