Tons and tons of blades out there, so what do you like? Lots of offset, a bit of offset, or no offset? Long heel-to-toe or compact? Thin topline or thick? Weak lofts or strong lofts?

That said, I love my MP4s, Nike OGs, RAM Tour Grinds, and Mac Muirfield 20ths a lot. However, recently, I have REALLY been enjoying my Wilson FG62s and older Wilson FG-J8s (some sort of Japanese custom version of the FG-17s **MuskieCY** posted. So, if you want to go old school, may be look the FG-17s. Newer, look for the FG62s (the 59s are also supposed to be good, but I've not hit them. I believe they're also non-conforming, if that bothers you). Or, if you want to go all new and shiny, then perhaps have a dekko at the new Wilson blades that have just been released?

Little to no offset and in between super compact and long heel to toe and buttery soft with great turf interaction.

Good grief, if you copied and pasted some of these posts into a wine forum they wouldn't be out of place.

"Ah, yes, the Yonex Ezone MBs. Buttery notes, earthy offset, inviting aromas. Smooth aftertaste and silky bouquet sets it apart, especially paired with such subtle offset." *adjusts blazer that has elbow pads*

I don't disagree, but there's a bit of irony in your statement. Most Mizuno blades are tributes to prior MacGregor designs, up thru the 33's. The cut muscle may have been the first departure from that trend.

Getting on thread topic, I've always been a Ram Tour Grind guy. Also like the Muirfield 20ths, several Wilson Staff models, the 99 Hogan Apex, and the Tommy Armour 986 Tours. Intrigued by the 99 Australian Blades, also, probably the softest clubs I've ever hit; hitting a Revolution ball with them was like hitting a feather with a pillow.

Giving an Honorable Mention to the Mizuno MS-11 / MP-11. Even after the release of the 33s, many considered the 11s to be Mizuno's finest blade. Only reason they don't rate higher for me is a personal launch condition issue.
