In typical fashion I bought a driver I've owned before ... the 2016 GBB. Still have the 3 and 5 woods.
175 Cdn ($130 usd) was too good a deal for this club with a shaft I wanted to try. (Plus, I'm fire saling iron sets to thin the herd)
Can anyone compare this D+ to the original WB 73x? I played that for a while and still have the 63x kicking around the man cave with all his pull buddies

Surprised nobody can compare the two
    Anyways.
Took the driver to my home club on the weekend for a stroll with the dog. Pretty solid shaft.
Very smooth. Feels tip softer to me then the OG whiteboards
I think I need to toss a PING tip on the OG 63x and see how that rolls in the G400 LST. If I had my choice I'd like to find a Rickie Fowler orange version

Been gaming the D+ 70 X in my driver for a couple of years now and love it. Wish I could compare it to one of the older WBs but I don't have that experience. Putting it head to head against a Tour AD BB 6x soon because I'm a ho

D+ has always felt stiffer to me although I’ve never tried the D+ in 60g, only 70g. Still have a few original WB 63x and is my first shaft to test with mostly any head. 70x in my 3w is the straightest shaft I’ve ever used in fairway and is mostly a tee club for me as it launches a little low otherwise. Lots of people say the original WB feels stiff but it has the perfect little bit of load/kick for me while still feeling very crisp and controllable.

Original whiteboard is getting a little long in the tooth now. That's probably why few can compare. I played it but man, haven't hit that shaft in probably a decade now

well I bought the head (again) because I love the height of the face and the compact profile, compact being a relative term nowadays
Initially the thought was I wanted the shaft to go in a 5w as I absolutely love the og BB 63x in a 3w. And most of my fav driver shafts are 55-65x nowadays
Will try the OG 63x white with a Cally tip and report back
