Golfing with Handicap (literally)

New here so my apologize if this is the wrong area, but thanks in advance for the time.

I am a right-handed golfer that is missing half of my right leg, just below the knee. Up until I took up golf about 3-4 years ago, this hasn't really presented a ton of challenges in the form of sports so I hesitate to even really define it as a handicap other than I thought it was kind of funny. Been missing my leg since birth.

After 3 years of just starting to understand the game of golf, I am coming to the realization that transferring my weight to my back leg with longer clubs creates a world of problems for me. Balancing on the the leg is difficult when my knee is locked and straight, let alone with a slight bend in it. I joke often that my best club in my bag is a sand wedge because I can hit it clean on a full swing almost every time. Shorter club allows me to stay on my front foot through the back swing and make clean contact. I choke up on my driver all the way to the end of the grip right now.

Anyone have thoughts on moving to shorter shafts on all my irons. I have done some research on the 1 size irons, but haven't experimented with shortening any of my irons. It seems the one size irons are generally based off the 7 iron, but it seems shorter is better for me.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Love the game even at my worst. Just looking to see if maybe there are options I am just not exploring.

Single length can be based on anything. I'm sure some of the companies out there that make them can figure something out and custom build you something. Else look for a kid's set.
