Bridgestone Delays

Has anyone ordered clubs from Bridgestone recently? I ordered a set of JGR HF2's and today is a month without shipping...Discount Dan's is working on it but seems they are way behind. I expected a couple weeks but over a month is ridiculous and was just seeing if anyone else had a similar or different experience.

From my experience, I have always received custom ordered clubs either direct from Bridgestone or through a vendor within a week's time. There must be something going on out of the ordinary to say the least with Bridgestone at the moment. I would suggest calling Bridgestone Customer Service directly and ask some questions. Usually they have been able to answer my inquiries over the phone.

Just an update...5 weeks and counting. DD's not much help and they won't talk to me directly.

Disappointing.

I love, love, love DDS, and i still order primarily through them, but i pre-ordered the cobra ftbs and never received then up to a week after they were released. Called Dan's and they offered no info. I called Cobra and they, as you stated, wouldn't give me any info directly. The guy did a mock order and come to find out, the grips i ordered we're out of stock. I called Dan's and changed grips and received the clubs 4 days later. Again, i love Dan's, but don't love not getting info.

Interesting...thanks for your experience. Will try DD again...they were fantastic on the front end.

I am sorry to hear about the delay and lack of information. It must be frustrating. At the very least, someone should be forthcoming and explain to you why there is such a long delay. Please keep us informed.

I also am thinking of ordering a set of irons from Bridgestone.

JFM, did you ever receive your clubs from Bridgestone? If not, have you heard anything?
