Great CS from Just Say Golf

Last June I found a good deal on a 2018 Ping Hoofer. So bought it from Just Say Golf in the Washington State area.

A lot of people report that the Hoofer has club tangle issues, and so was it. I just happened to notice a few weeks back that one of the dividers had come loose and wondered it that was causing part of my problem. I used the internal zipper in the large pocket and tried to reconnect the elastic strap to the anchor. Turns out the little plastic anchor was broken and the elastic clip would not stay.

I sent an email to Ping with no response and then called them. They said I needed to take the bag to a retailer for them to review and they would make a decision on repair, etc.

Well that is when I started to think I was screwed as I bought the bag online from Washington state (Just Say Golf) and I live in Texas. I could have taken it to a local Golf Galaxy, but I didn't buy from them. This made me reluctant to go to them since, 1. I didn't think it fair to hassle them when I didn't buy from them, and 2. they might not be all the interested to help, again since I didn't buy from them.

I had to look and realized that I bought it from JSG. So I sent them a text about my problem. To my surprise, I received a very prompt reply from Brock that they would take care of it. He said that Ping would likely want a picture, but they would call Ping and get the issue resolved. Later that evening I again received a very prompt response and Brock said that Ping would send me a replacement, but they needed a picture.

It wasn't easy, but I manged to get my phone and a couple of small flash lights in there, got a few pics and sent them to Brock. The next day I received notice that a bag was on the way and he'd send tracking as soon as he got it.

A few days later I got an email from Fedex that a package from Ping was on the way, and Brock sent the tracking a day or two after that.

The replacement bag arrived in good order and I am a happy camper.

I just want to repeat how outstanding the service was.

I just bought a Ping DLX Cart Bag from them. I was worried about warranty service, but not now. Thanks.

by the way, the replacement bag has held up with no issues with the dividers.
