User Manual for BEL Swing Mate (speed radar)

I didn't want to be "that guy" and commit the faux pas of resurrecting a 9-year-old "necro'ed" thread, but there's actually a thread in this very forum (I guess since a swing speed radar is related to club assembly / shaft flex selection) and it almost covered my exact issue (versus anything else I can find online at all, as BEL doesn't support it) but it's doing something weird:

I'd like instructions to play around with this, yes I'm sure, imperfect little (but Canada made!) consumer swing speed radar the BEL of Beltronics Swing Speed Radar model G460

That thread actually had people posting and successfully downloading .pdf files (a quick reference guide and a full manual).

But the thread says "modified by an unknown user" or maybe was friendlier to older browsers, but the main thing is this -- instead of just giving me the .pdf, no matter what PC browser I use, clicking the links in the posts forces a download of a mysterious ".IPD" file instead of the actual .PDF

.IPD is known to be a Blackberry file, but even a Blackberry conversion file says it's not recognizable. I suspect same thing with iPad.

It seems to be a failing embedder viewer/opener of some kind, this .ipd thing getting in the way of the actual files.

If you right-click and Inspect these download links for the users guides you can see there's a .PDF file hiding in there somewhere, with a whole different file name (simply trying to edit the file extension doesn't work).

I sure wish I could figure out the exact URL for the file repository here, because then I'd just add, for example, ".../Swingmate__quick_ref_guide.pdf" to it and access the file directly, but I don't know the first half of the URL.

...hmm... then again, even if I do try file path, say, "https://s3.amazonaws.com/golfwrxforums/uploads/" with one of the .pdf files at the end, it denies me access anyway, whether it's there or not...

Does anyone have any idea how to retrieve either of these .pdf files that look like they're hiding here, but which this "viewer" or .ipd thing is sabotaging? I've tried other computers, older versions of Windows...

It appears to work pretty well for its whole budget scale etc.

Complaints include "It's 10MPH off compared to the industrial one at the range"... but even then I'm wondering if those few people are not re-placing it where it's supposed to be and changing the settings, for different clubs and lengths. + or - 5 or 6 mph would be great... it seems that much tolerance would be within wiggle room space (for shaft flex selection) depending on tempo and personal preference etc. anyway. I don't have money right now to spend on pro fitting, I have gobs of all my own components I wouldn't be buying from them anyway, and I like tinkering as much as I like playing golf. So this unit seemed fun to play around with for $29.
