Do you carry more than one brand / model of golf ball in your bag?

I typically have two brands/models of golf balls in my bag and it may change from round to round. Always carry the Oncore Elixir and alternatively either the Vice Pro, Tour B RX, or Snell MTB.

If I'm testing balls against one another all have at least 3 of each in my bag. I also pick up balls I find, if I'm sure it's not from a neighboring hole, to give to my girlfriend. I only play Prov1x on a regular basis though.

yes - was experimenting when I came back to the game and ended up ordering a couple different brands (Titleist, Snell, Cut, Srixon) before finally figuring out I really liked the Chromesoft TruVis (Srixon Q-Star Tour a close second - I prefer a softer feel). I gave some of the others to a buddy, but too lazy to take all of them out and too cheap to buy more TruVis until I lose the other balls I have :D

Pro v1/x for the most part. Also like chrome soft tp5 and RXS. RXS feels best off iron shots IMO. Best feel off tee is pro v1. Best for short game is 1x by a million.

Bridgestone Tour BX/ BXs or Nike RZN's.. if neither of those it's a Bridgestone tour b330 or TM tp5x

I can't decide so I'm testing them all out. Haven't hit the TP5x's yet but I prefer to Pro V to the TM TP5 so far. Love the Pro V1x but they spin too much in my irons.

Yes, starting this summer. I will carry both Titleist AVX and Srixon Z Star XVs when I go play tournaments. The AVX will be for windy conditions with greens I can hold. If the greens are so firm and fast I can't hold them well with the AVX then I will switch to the spinnier Srixon.

I carry several top tier balls - Pro V, TP5, B330 to name a few.

It depends. If it is a casual round I don’t care that much. For a tournament or member guest that’s serious I carry one type of ball.

Always Titleist Trusoft, and Callaway Supersoft .

During hot weather, I throw in some NXT's.

Early season I'll start with either the likes of a Wilson 50/50 or Duo when its colder out, switch to TPX's as gamer and finish the year with what ever I want to get rid of as I hate losing good balls under leaves and longer grass. So will likely have a few of each kicking around in the bag.

Srixon Z Star and Titleist Pro V1X. Z Star is my first ball.

I used to alternate between the Pro V1 and Pro V1x a few years ago. I would go with the V1x when it was damp out and the regular V1 when it was normal conditions but stopped with the last couple of versions of V1x doing everything that I need. I did have a sleeve of AVX at one point last year and whilst I thought they were a good ball they were not as suited to me as the V1x.

Right now I have a grab bag in the bag.

Liking the Srixon XV the best.

I carry just about every brand in my bag currently because I’ve been trying to find my favorite ball to stick with. Have Chrome Softs, TP5X, V1, V1X, Z Star XV, Tour B X, XS... Favorite ball is definitely the Bridgestone Tour B X for my game, sticking with them.

i always carry sleeves of TP5x and bridgestone tour BX in the bag; any other ball in there is one that i found along the way

Only keep 1 type in the bag. Right now AVX Going to try the new Prov1x when my supply of AVXs gets low.

I've always played 3 piece surlyn balls and usually end up returning to them after ball testing, they just seem to work better for my style of play. Currently testing the Elixr to see if Urethane improves my score or changes my preferences.

I carry only nike but i'm sure i have some Rzn Tour Platinums, Rzn Tour Blacks, and some 20xi*protos in the bag right now

After doing some **experimenting at the 1st of the year** I quickly narrow it down to 1 brand/model. While I don't think there is a "bad" ball my experience is that they are all just slightly different.

Why wouldn't you want to keep the consistence as close as possible? Like they say, there is only one common item on every shot. Your golf ball. Why would you want it to vary even in the slightest?

Chrome Soft, FG Tour and Ksig 4 piece. Occasionally ProV1 and TP5

My primary is Callaway Supersoft but there's now some up-market fare along for the ride in my bag - ERC soft, ProV1, TP5x

I'm not good enough to notice any difference really, it's just a bit more exciting to use a pricey ball and play well. As soon as I lose one I go back to my primary affordable balls.

I've got several different brands of urethane ball in the bag. I can feel a difference between some of them but I'm not good enough to notice any performance difference. I think mixing (urethane) balls is much to do about nothing unless you are near or at scratch.

No for me. Only prov1x.

I'm amazed at the number of premium balls I find as I'm walking. The clientele at this place is more top flite pinnacle if you know what I mean. A few holes are good for 2-3 pro v1s or tp5s each morning I walk. I'm partial to Bridgestone if I'm buying but having just started walking when I play I figure I'll be set on playing whatever premium ball I find, preferring the x versions.

Titleist Pro V1X. Recently tested the Pro V1, but back to the X.

Always Titleist - never lets me down, and just comfortable.

Plus my dad told me 50 years ago that Titleist was the best ball, and I believe it still is.
