Real or fake

Hey everyone,

Considering purchasing these clubs on eBay but wanted to see what you all thought about the authenticity. Only thing that concerns me is the KBS shaft bands that say KBS Tour but don’t indicate 90, 120, FLT, or anything else for that matter and they show stiff in the upper right corner which isn’t something ive seen before. What do you all think? And if they are real what weight would these shafts be?

My shaft bands on my raw SM7s directly sent in from Vokey Wedge Works don't indicate stiffness or weight. I wouldn't worry, looks good.

From TaylorMade custom club ordering the shafts are the KBS Tour T. 120 grams in S flex.

Found the listing on ebay. 100% feedback seller. Irons are real, shafts are real. You can find 'em cheaper though. Also not sure why the seller is charging additional 9.5% TN tax. I'd buy elsewhere but that's just me.

same here. he's probably trying to recoup the fee's by charging bogus tax on ebay.

In case you're both late to the party, eBay is collecting the taxes on the sellers behalf, they don't go in the sellers pocket.

but who's being charged the taxes? the buyer or the seller? i don't see anything regarding TENN on paying taxes for ebay purchases. just put a few bogus items in my cart from different places and don't see taxes being charged.

I'm in CT so as of 4/1 any item I sell, eBay collects sales tax for my sales, and they pay it to the state govt. Not sure where this seller is located, etc but it's based upon the taxes where the item is sold.

Wow, found some info that ebay will start charging states taxes on items sold and shipped to certain states (CA in Oct. 2019). It's confusing, and more reasons for me to stop ho'ing and selling. Dang. Tennessee is not one of the states currently charging tax though.

I'm sure ebay will start, or already has, raising their seller fees now too.
