New Bettinardi putters - July 2019

Those putters are SICK! Are they going to make something for retail?

What's the closest thing out there today that resembles the above putters?

Great quality but I just can't get into that headshape.

Is that head shape supposed to have more MOI, less toe hang? Not a fan. Bring back the Studio Reserve JAM Wide F high toe flow neck blade!

These are Queen Bee 8 with slightly different looking neck.

Nice update to the QB8's!

Not my style on the putters but the headcovers are awesome!

Can't say i am not disappointed. To me, those are brutal....its like when Cameron added wings to his Newports and called it something else....

Those pics look great until the address shot.

I would love any one of those. One of my favorite head shapes in a putter.

First off these are no way at all like Scotty’s dumb wings. Betti is still making awesome putters and new designs cannot be easy. But would still take Betti over Scotty any day. Love these and wish I had either one of these.

Sounds like some of these will be sold on their "hive" pretty soon. Maybe Thursday next week.

To anyone making golf stuff: Stop putting skulls on your product.

Hardly anyone likes skulls.

And no one likes the people that like skulls.

Not a fan of the head shape. That head cover is sick!

First new Betti putter I have seen in 5-6 years that looks good to my eye. If they put these into production I would buy one.

Those head covers are awesome would love to grab one of those

Why pay $2k for a putter that costs them $200 all in to make? When I lived in Chicago I went for a fitting. Have owned several betti's back in the day. Took my son when he was 12 for a fitting and Bob spent a bunch of time with him. All amazing experiences.

As I said in my original post, this was the first putter in 5-6 years that interested me. Dont know what's going on there, but they have been lapped by the likes of Piretti an Toulon. The short slant neck is s very popular style with the pros and the masses, so why only make a few and keep it your only?

I'm done even considering them.

You must not understand how boutique companies work.

They just had one in the online Hive release today. $1500 so perhaps not as cheap as you are looking for but not $2k. They haven’t been doing much in QB8 recently but this may be the start of eventually bringing it back to the retail lineup for 2020. Maybe not but I wouldn’t be surprised.

Add the option to order their putters with a dot only on the topline — dump the misalignment lines — and I’d like a lot of their putters. They look great and roll great. The constant flange alignment line on the Bettinardi putters is the only thing I don’t like, and I don’t want a masked or filled in flange line. Don’t want it at all.

While I don’t mind the alignment lines, like you, I prefer just a topline dot - just like the simple clean look. Not sure they offer any retail putters with a dot but there are plenty of Hive putters with a dot. Here’s a top down view of a BB8 that I have...I really like this look.
