Adidas Adicross PPF vs. Tour 360 Boost 2.0

I am trying to get new shoes (first one in 5 years) and been looking at these two.

I know one is spikeless and the other is spiked.

I have been reading online reviews, but not much is available for PPF.

General reviews are positive for both. What are your personal experience with them?

I have 3 pairs of the Tour 360 Boost 2.0. They are

a. ridiculously comfortable with a roomy toe box (unlike Puma, and some Nike models)

b. on sale now at a number of golf retailers (cos the 3.0 just went live, along with the new Tour360 SXT)

c. stable

I've not tried the Adicross but they look comfortable, and being spikeless, makes them something you can wear from home to the course and back. My experience with this style of golf shoe is that they offer more flexibility and a tad less stability and grip, and tend to feel more like sneakers than golf shoes (although i'd also add that the Air Max 1G is stiff and boardy like a golf shoe and only LOOKS like a sneaker).

I got a pair of the Tour 360 XT and I think they may be the most comfortable golf shoes I have ever had. Even more than my Tour360 Knit Boost. For me, anything with boost is a win lol. If you're going to wear them for 5 years, spend a little more for the boost. Your feet will thank you.

I’ve only tried on the boost shoes and so far am not a big fan. The boost is definitely comfy, but it is also squishy and seems like it wouldn’t provide a super stable platform.

I have a pair of the PPF’s. While they are not as plush a ride as the boost shoes they are comfortable. I get nothing but compliments on the looks (mine are the white). I would say if you generally play on a flatter Zoisa course PPF works. But if you play on firmer hilly course boost will be best. Just my opinion YMMV.
