David Feherty fashion statement

Do you like David Feherty's 'loosened tie' look? Don't think it'll start a trend, but he's probably the most comfortable analyst on the Golf Channel set.

Not something that I care for and he needs a haircut but then he would likely tell me that my tie is too tight and I don't have enough hair left to get cut in the first place.

Who determines what is fashionable or not. Sure there are somethings that are no gos but somebody has to do something first for it to become fashionable.

Feherty dresses somewhat casual on his show and wears the tie loose and it fits.

If he'd lost the original U.S. Open trophy instead of the Scottish Open trophy he'd never wear a tie for fear of USGA leaving him anchored to a tree. Stickpin optional in or out.

I kind of just wish he could tone it down a little bit. I know big US networks think that coverage needs more "personality", but if they just portrayed the golf a little better they'd have the viewership. Feherty is a better golfer than he is a comedian...

I knew he kinda sounded like an Irish guy, but I had no idea where he was from so I googled it and it said UK or some such place.
