Interesting. Love the look. Not a shaft for me though.

Also, I found the DI to be more left leaning than the TP which against the graph. But I also launch "high" launching shafts lower than most "low" launching shafts so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

TP is supposed to be a tighter DI in the X flexes. Personally it’s been more fade bias as compared to the DI as well.

This shaft is intriguing but the lineup is getting crowded. That being said, their old models get far too much play to justify stopping production or removing them from their menu

I want GD to make a shaft that goes as follows, Tip-Center-Butt, 5 - 3+ - 3 - 2 - 5. Essentially a GP lower half, but a newer upper half that is grip stiff, then soft flex-zone section, then the GP center to tip sections.

TaylorMade Qi10 LS 9° w/ PX HZRDUS Gen4 Black 75 6.0

TaylorMade SIM ROCKET 14.5° w/ PX Handcrafted EvenFlow Black 75 6.5

From the Japan Graphite Design site. Translation is a little rough...

The "TOUR AD XC" series is a new shaft that makes the most of the distance-finding face structure that is the mainstream of wood today. By using the new material carbon trading card "M40X" in the tip to middle part and using tipping card "T1100G" at the tip, power loss at impact is reduced to the utmost limit and tip behavior is stabilized. The variation is reduced and as a result, the initial velocity of the ball is also improved.

From the middle part of the original tension system shaft to the hand part improves the operability, a strong bending back and acceleration feeling are obtained, and the head performance is directly converted to a ball with a stable behavior that can not lose a strong impact. Tell you.

On a recent trip to Japan I found myself walking down a dimly lit ally where I ran across an overly friendly woman who was doing some side work after her shift at a local snack bar. Long story short, fast forward a few days and I was eating horse pill sized antibiotics to treat my Chugengen condition, and doctors say I may never hit a cut again.

I've kind of been interested in the TP , you think it definitely helps fades? I can't get off the left side to save my life with my atmos ts black 6s

Helps eliminate fades or make fades? For me, it's been a very neutral shaft. I mostly draw the ball and it didn't make a fade but didn't smother hook it either. The one that really stopped the lefts for me is the Ventus. Unless I do something horrible in my swing, it's straight to baby fades all day.

I've heard that about the ventus, I may need to get my hands on one of those. Yeah I'm left way more often than I like, baby fades sounds fantastic!

You sure you weren't in Korea and had a run-in with Songtan Sally? Air Force dudes who read this thread will know what I'm talking about. She's rather...aggressive.

Any of you GD fans that were playing them back in 2008 -2009 remember the 702 PM and 902 PM? I played the 902 in both my fairways but was entire bag was stolen and I’m wondering if anyone knows what the profile was? For sure the tip was on the softer side. I played them in a XX but only X was a retail offering. I love the above chart but I don’t know what to compare the 902 with on the chart. Green on the chart is soft and red stiff I’m guessing? Anyone who knows anything about the 902 please let me know. Thanks

Well, got an email that the retailer I purchased from that they can not ship GD shafts as component only and my order has been cancelled...
