Pebble Beach after aeration

Has anyone played Pebble (or any of the peninsula courses) shortly after aeration? I'm going to Pebble Beach next week, but the greens on all of the resort courses have been aerated over the last week or so. I'll be staying at the resort, so I have the option of booking a round at Pebble Beach in advance, but I don't know if I should just wait for another opportunity.

Normally, I avoid punched greens like the plague.

About 6 yrs ago, I was in the Pebble area and had a chance to play the course a few days after they aerated. I got a $100 voucher to use in the club house and the greens were actually fine since they use very small punch holes. Not only that, but the course was virtually empty. Me and another guy went out as a two-some and finished in 3.5 hrs. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

I checked the maintenance alerts on greenskeeper.org, which I've relied on in the past. I called the resort to confirm. For the days immediately following aeration on each of the courses there is some sort of promotion offered, but I can't recall the exact terms. According to the person I spoke to at the resort, Pebble was aerated on the August 14 and Spanish Bay the week prior, and Spyglass won't be aerated until September. (This differs from what greenskeeper.org has posted).

Thank you. I always avoid punched greens as well. This is the kind of review I was hoping to hear.

I played Spyglass last Friday and the greens were in great condition.

I played Pebble maybe a week or 10 days after aeration. Could barely tell they'd been punched. Had some sand still, but really smooth. I didn't get a discount on the green fee itself, but they threw a bunch of stuff at me, one of the high end bag tags, a free sleeve of logo balls, free cart, $75 gift card to the shop, maybe a couple other things.

No discounts, but they will give you a credit. They don't publicize it much. I played a few years back not the day of aeration. Asked what they would do for me and they gave me a $250 credit and some other swag. Worked great for me as I planned to spend money there anywhere. It got even better as we passed the aeration after 2 holes. The group I joined up with got nothing (they did not ask)
