Has anyone every heard of this brand Buchi?

Does anyone know where to get them outside of japan?

A few members here have hit the VS200 irons, which were described as “neo blades” , or forgiving blades similar to MP-5’s. I’m pretty sure most have moved on but don’t know exactly why.

I played vs200 for a while, then lost the wedge and ended up selling them. One of the clubs I most regret selling. Elegant, a great blend of aesthetic and playability. They are very small company and I am not sure how they are doing these days. If you can find vs200, buy them is my suggestion!

I don’t think you can get them outside of Japan. I bought mine used from someone on tourspecgolf forum

I had the vs200. Great irons and great feel. Blade like but forgiving for what it is. Moved on just due the jdm hoe I am.

Have you guys been able to find something similar to the size, shape and feel of the VS 200 that we can get in the USA?

This is going to sound controversial but I have yet to hit a us forged iron that feels as good as a Japan forged iron. Even the usdm tm300 discussed here is the japan Miura forged version. I think scratch used Kyoei forged blanks as well.

I’m starting to think that I need to take another trip to japan.

Quick Google search turned up an article of their parent company Fuso Dream (which itself is a division of Fuso Electric). Forged in Himeji region.

very high end clubs, super looks and very expensive, very limited supply, these guys USED to make the clubs for ryo ishikawa ( till he sold out and went to that spam co!)

similar to the MIURA sb01 in feel.

those of us here that have them are pretty sure the 2 companies irons are made at the same place, where that may be.
