Hey Everyone,

I’ve been playing golf for 28 years. Stop me if you’ve heard this before: I’ve always known the importance of getting fit, but never actually had a true fitting myself. Well that all changed this year. Booked a few sessions with club champion, and here are my results. Couldn’t be happier!

TaylorMade M6 with Paderson kinetixx shaft. Kept my jetspeed 4 wood and 4 hybrid, because those clubs work for me. Callaway apex 19 irons (5-P) with kbs tour 90 shafts. MD4 wedges, 50,54,58, raw finish with same shafts. M grind in the 50, and x grind in 54 and 58. Finally, a Toulon Atlanta putter with slant neck and the golf pride tour sensor grip. Finished off with a custom no label sun mountain 2.5 bag, some Seamus headcovers, and formerly a nice rose and fire putter cover that I lost on the course today...

    A few updates.

I picked up a 16.5 m4 three wood. Fitted for the matching Paderson shaft at club champion. This club is really nice. Sits square, and goes dead straight off the tee. Added a rogue heavenwood as well. Love this club! High and long and easy to hit off the deck. It’s got a really deep face.

Finally, a Toulon Madison from the garage. Sight dot, black/ rainbow finish. Custom H2 neck, which gives it about 30 degrees of toe hang. It’s just absolutely perfect (for now...since it’s a putter...and this is golfwrx )

Nice set up. I'm curious about your experience with the Toulon Atlanta putter; I've had my eye on it since it looks perfect at address.

Thanks. The Atlanta is an excellent putter. It’s got about 30 degrees of toe hang, and is similar in size to an odyssey rossie. It’s actually very close in shape to a Cameron- I think the fastback, but cannot remember the model name. It was my first putter with a slant neck, and I’m more comfortable with a plumbers neck. It also sets up a little open when it is soled by itself.

I had the original Callaway Apex and loved them. I really want to try the newest model. Very nice set up!

New toy in the bag. Picked up a 21 degree Apex UT with a mamiya recoil shaft. Best little club so far. Good height and accuracy. Matches the Apex irons nicely.
