I have an early 2000's Mizuno Fli-Hi 21* that I've been trying to kick out of the bag for over a decade & just can't....

It may not count as a utility, but I use my Vapor Pro Combo 3i (20°) as a fairway finder off the tee and am more than comfortable with it off the deck, easily favorite club in the bag!

After another failed attempt at trying to find a suitable hybrid I will be looking to add my first ever utility iron to the bag. So far I have only hit the Srixon Z U85 which was pretty spectacular. Would love to try the Mizuno HMB

I'm still using the U65 18* w/DI-105X as my driving iron when the wind is howling and the fairways are bouncing. It can replace my 3w and hybrid on some courses. I used to prefer the ultra-thin blade look of my Nike Pro, but I get more from this club and far easier out of the rough/straw. I've added the Callaway UT 21* w/DI-95X also for filling the gap of both 3i & 4i with the versatility of those irons. As far as looks go, I feel it blends smoother from MB to DI. The Graphite Design Hybrid Shaft works best for me in these clubs, with more weight in the U65. I did have Modus 130X that worked great, but this setup functions better.

Occasionally throw in a DI over the hybrid, 3i HMB (18*) KBS Proto 85X

My GAPR Lo came in today and kicked the P790 UDI out of my bag. Both go about the same distance but the GAPR Lo is a lot less penal on mis hits.
