High School golf league

I've tried googling this topic with limited success.
It's my understanding that girls can play in (Boy) HS district, regionals, and states. They can't claim the title or something? They have to play in the girl sanctioned events.
What about the team aspect, can a co-ed team win? cough cough. Asking for a friend. :-)

Pretty sure that depends on the state.

Some states allow 8th graders to play up to high school team. My state does not.

It all depends on the state. I know in Florida, if there aren't enough kids the girl's can play on the boy's team. They do have to play from the boy's distances.

It all depends on the state association and what their determination of it is. It is not a NFHS issue but an individual state governing body issue.

Just a father and son on a journey together through golf....
