Their descriptions are very accurate. You will see some wear on the face and sole, but not too much. No pop up marks. Ive bought a couple and have been pleased.

Their grading is very conservative. A club that just out of its wrapper and hit a few balls can be listed as fair on their site.

10.5 deg Titleist 905R with stock UST Proforce V2 Shaft (Stiff flex)
Titleist 990 (3-PW) with stock Dynamic Gold in S300
Taylormade V-Steel 5W & 3W with Grafalloy Prolaunch Red shafts (Regular Flex)
2011 Adams Tom Watson signature wedges in 52 and 56 degrees with stock steel shafts (Player's Grind)
Rife Island Series Aruba Blade Putter

"Loft for loft, length for length, and shaft for shaft, the ball will go the same distance when hit on the sweet spot regardless how old the iron."

Just got a King Cobra LTD Pro driver and 3-4 wood in separate E-Bay transactions from Global Golf. Both were advertised as Used Excellent. The 3-4 wood still had the Cobra sticker on the face and shaft stickers were still in place -- club was new and unused. The Driver had the shaft stickers in place with absolutely no marks at all on the face, bottom or crown. My experience over a number of years has been 100% positive -- products have always arrived better than described.

Couldn't agree more with most of these guys. Ordered a certified preowned hybrid and arrive brand new with plastic on head and grip. Also ordered a value SM7 and it came in mint condition just a few brush marks from hits on fairways I'd say. 100% recommend. AWESOME customer service too.

They're a massive business. Global Golf is all Golf Galaxy and Dick's pre-owned stuff , the largest suppliers of equipment (and probably others). They've determined it's a better business move to take no pictures, under grade nearly everything and have the customer be happy when they get a better than expected product than spend the money on processing time, data storage and equipment to take the pictures. If they start taking pictures for someone, they have to take pictures for everyone or at least be willing. Obviously it's 100% your decision to not support their business model but as you are a business owner it does seem like seeing their side isn't much of a leap. For me personally I haven't had any issues at all with Global Golf or Callaway Pre-Owned, both who operate basically the same way and have been pleasantly surprised by what I actually got compared to what it was listed at and the price I was able to get the item for.

Lol, I completely understand their model and I see the volume they're pushing. Even most of their negative feedback on eBay is about shipping, not club condition. That being said, out of principle, I support businesses that put their customers needs first. I'm not saying they have to advertise with pictures or even mention they would send pictures if requested, but I sent a private message on eBay and it literally takes 20 seconds to upload a picture on eBay's app. I've had many transactions on eBay and have been burnt multiple times. Their description is "this wedge has been played with great frequency. Ball wear and or greater than typical cosmetic wear can be found on and or around the top line, sole or hosel. Groove wear may be heavy, but will not affect the playability of the club." So, that extremely vague description does not make me feel comfortable purchasing from them without pictures. If I get a club that has huge cosmetic wear I cannot file a dispute with eBay because their description is technically accurate. I'm sure if I took a chance I'll probably be satisfied, but I'd rather support a company/person who takes the time to interact with their customers and answer their questions.

Bought a set of Cobra very good irons a couple of weeks ago. Showed up in terrible condition with dry rotted grips. I will say when I reached out their customer service was excellent and very apologetic and they are sending me another set. I will circle back once they get in and let you know if they live up to snuff.

I have had good luck with Global Golf . I purchased Vokey SM 6 wedges a few years ago in Very good condition and they arrived in " like new" condition. I recently purchased a Titleist H2 818 Hybrid in " Certified Pre-owned" and it was what I would say Shop Worn New . Always use coupon Aps as well to stack discounts. I paid 110 bucks shipped for the H2 818 Hybrid.

Got the second set of irons and they were in much better condition than the set they originally sent me. However, in the meantime I also ordered a TM Spider putter Certified Pre-Owned and all I can say is it was a certified POS. Put it back in the mail to them immediately

Have had great luck with buying direct from their website. Everything I got was always better than expected. With that said, just recently got a set of Blueprints from them via Ebay, 2-PW with TI DG X100s listed as Very Good condition, so I was excited to get them expecting very lightly used as I’ve experienced with VGC from the website. Not sure if they list all their junk on eBay, but this set was in horrendous condition. Every clubs had so much chatter they looked like they were played 1000’s of rounds, faces were heavily worn, there was rust on most of the shafts, and to top it off, the 9 iron shaft was loose and about a 1/4 out of the hosel! Thought the ferrule had just slipped up until I noticed I could twist the shaft in the head! Immediately contacted customer service with all my concerns, all they stated was “ship them back for a refund”. Didn’t offer even a simple apology for the hassle or anything. Clubs are on there way back to them now. Will never do business with them again. Hopefully it won’t take long for my refund once they receive them.

If anyone happens to see a set with the same specs listed again on eBay, avoid at all costs. I believe they keep selling/returning/relisting this same set. Originally sold on 10/27 identical specs. I purchased on 11/12 for $110 less than originally listed. Maybe they adjusted the price to offset condition but still not even close to advertised. Curious to see if they pop up again.

I think their condition rating is subject to age of club. It's been my experience very good older clubs aren't in as good of shape as very good current model year

Last 2 purchases a couple of weeks ago were a disappointment. One very good condition had deep scratches on the crown of driver. Returned immediately and my 2nd purchase was a certified pre owned. Small chip on crown. Also returned immediately. They lost my business. Returns take forever to arrive back to there facility and process.

I got my first value condition order today that I was a bit disappointed in. F9 5-6 Wood. The club looks almost brand new except it has horrible scratches on the top front of the crown almost like you’d expect on the sole from someone who has been scraping on a poor driving range mat. It still fits the criteria for value so I can’t really complain. It’s just kind of shocking that someone could somehow manage to do this to a club.

Took a chance on a “value” F9 tour fairway wood. Has 2 tiny chips where the crown meets the face. Totally playable and because the face is dark and not stainless you can barely tell.
