Starting sometime before noon today but after 9 am EST the topics no longer had bold for unread, and regular type for read... all topic titles appear bold now regardless if read or not.

There's a dot to the left of unread topics, no dot for the ones you're read.

Yes but it should still be unbolded when read, I agree with the OP

Don't the dots and stars do the job?

    Star shows have posted
    Dot shows you haven't

Black shows you haven't read the latest post
    Grey shows you have.

Not sure what you are referring to regarding the Black and Grey difference because I don't think I see it. If there actually is a color change, then I think it needs to be more distinct.

Either way though, it's pretty much standard on every other forum that I participate on that unread topics are in bold, read topics are not... so why would it make sense for this site to be different? It would be kind of a pain to participate on multiple forums with each one having their own set of criteria in this regards.

Nothing has changed as far as I can tell and I am guessing this will not be a high priority issue so we may see it eventually or perhaps it's just not doable in vanilla #whoknows

I'm on a desktop MAC and I see bolded for unread and non-bolded for read.

The problem is the bolded titles BARELY look bolded.

I believe this is how it works.

For the topic to UN-bold the heading you must view the last page of the thread.

e.g. If it's bolded and you click on the title it takes you to the first unread post, HOWEVER, if you haven't viewed that thread for a while there may be more pages added past that page with the first unread post. If you don't proceed to the last page the software KEEPS the title bolded.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
