ECCO Biom Cool Pro: Golf shoe nirvana

I've been wearing the Biom Hybrid 3 for two years and it's the best shoe I've ever played in. I tried the Biom Cool Pro today and I think it may be better. It looks incredible, fits like a glove, comfortable out of the box, with the stable sole of the BH3, and packed with Gore-Tex surround. I think ECCO has created their best shoe ever.

I have been wearing ECCO Biom Cool Gore-Tex shoes since March of this year. They are quite comfortable but fortunately, I am coming to the conclusion, they don't offer the stable platform that ECCO World Class offers. Playing 2-4 times a week my 210lb frame puts a lot of walking wear on golf shoes.

Do the Biom Cool Pro have the same last and width of the Biom Hybrid 3? Are the Biom Cool Pro soles removable for extra width as the the ones in the Biom Hybrid 3? Thanks.

I was making the transition to Puma, now they have these? I might need to just get a pair, you know to compare...

How are these better/improved over the regular BH3? I've loved the regular BH3 this season, and can't really hink of anything else that would make them any better, outside of a price drop.

Wish they came in wide sizes.

These could be perfect. However, with the perforated leather all over the upper, is it impossible to keep them clean? You can’t wipe them down and/or condition them like a normal leather shoe?

Saw those online the other day. Too bad I bought 3 pair of BH3's this summer.

Cleaning might be a problem, but they are waterproof. Just hose off the big stuff and wipe down.

I found them to be a bit more narrow than the BH3. For me the Street Retro is a perfect fit.

Anyone own these for a while? Any comments? Do they still look good after several wears? (I’m thinking of the “staining” that would happen in the Hybrid 2’s (which were non-gore-tex)
