Titleist Linksmaster Members Bag- In Hand Pics

I thought I would post some pics of the Titleist Linksmaster Members bag that I bought since pics of the bag are hard to come by.

These are my comments from another discussion regarding this bag:

Here are a few notes since I only loaded it up before life got in the way:

1. I use NDMC Midsize grips with 4-6 wraps. Club tangle is not going to be a big deal. I have it loaded with driver/4 wood and putter in a super stroke putter tube on the top, 3 iron to 9 iron in the middle and PW/GW/SW/LW on the bottom.

2. The water bottle sleeve is a tight fit for a 24oz hydro flask

3. Ball pocket is small but big enough for the balls you need for 18. If you need more than what fits, buy more at the turn or invest in some lessons.

4. Every other pocket is useful and deliberate. No excess BS.

5. There are 2 straps that come with it- a single and a double. If you can’t change the straps out with the four clips in less than 10 seconds, there’s a problem.

6. The bag carries lighter than it is, hard to explain but it feels like my original hoofer, feels lighter than it really is.

7. Matching rain hood is slick.

8. This bag is awesome, can’t wait until next spring to really use it. Until then, the Taylormade Flextech is still my go to for winter practice and sloppy rounds. I see going back to the Flextech when it’s less than perfect to keep the Linksmaster clean.

Old Cuss

Saw one at a private course near where i live. Black one was going for $360+ tax. Green one was only available to members. Leather quality felt nice but adds some weight. Also like that it didn’t have too many visible logos.

I think it looks awful, you should sell it to me B)

I’m going to move all of my crap back into my Flextech for the winter, I’ll weigh it and post up.

It’s set up and cut down to play as a 4 wood, I have a high ball flight, so this lands nice and soft out to 240-250. I’m going to grab an M5 Rocket 3 and swap that with my 3 iron based on the course.

Midsize with 4-6 wraps? Wow. How big are your hands? I consider myself to have 'large' hands (8-inches from tip of middle finger to base/bottom of palm) and use midsize +2-3 wraps and think that's a 'thick' grip. Does that affect your shots?

My scores have been going down over time, grips continue to get bigger every 3-5 years and my grip pressure keeps going down. Feels much more natural now.

does that putter tube come with the bag?

No, it’s a super stroke tube that golf galaxy was giving away 5 years ago or so. I use it to keep my putter grips from being destroyed.

Empty weight with the single strap is 5.8 Lbs, the double strap adds a little but still under 6 Lbs. I will say this, it carries lighter than that due to how compact it is. I have no issue carrying this for a round, or even 36 holes in one day.

I haven't weighed mine, but surprised it came in at 5.8 lbs. I agree it carries lighter

Had to double check that on another scale, 5Lb 10 ish ounces.

Has anyone seen / have pics of the Slate and Ash colors? Trying to decide between the two but the brochure photos aren't the best. I've seen the black in real life (looks great) but curious on these two colors.

I don’t think that any of the new colors have been released in the wild yet...

And you’re right, not much info on the bag, I took a leap of faith with it

My proshop has a white one in stock, so looks like they've been rolled out.

Can’t wait to get one of these

The white looks great! My fear with the white bag is getting it dirty since I carry most of the time. I thought black would hide the dirt better but this material looks like it would be easier to keep clean than what I’m used to with a carry bag.

Assuming that is "ash" on the right? Looks really good. Trying to decide between that and slate..

We have some of these in our golf shop. There are a few guys carrying them and they look really nice. I opted for the Stadry instead which I really like.
