Best people/companies to get a putter redone?

I posted this in another thread I started and I finally created a template that I'm able to email to illustrate what i want done. I've never redone a putter but i finally have one i love, my Blues won the Stanley Cup and my 2nd kid is on the way.

Long story short is i need my putter head, which is currently painted white, stripped, repainted and paintfilled, my soon to be two kids initials on the putter and then a Blues logo or Blues Stanley cup logo stamped on the toe. I am keeping my current shaft and grip.

I got a quote from Putter Spa by J Rich, I believe everything I asked for came in around $235.

Any other options out there that anyone recommends? Does this price sound fair in comparison?

Sounds like a normal price to me. I’ve heard J Rich does great work.

I've heard the same and for everything I want to do, this price doesnt seem bad.

2-3 week turnaround time he said is also nice, means i can wait till Jan/Feb and still have it back in time for the season

He does have the fastest turn around time. He'll have to send it out for the logos most likely. I've also worked with Kyle at The Golf Garage who does great work!

I was happy with Norcal putters but definitely took more than 2-3 weeks. I'd say it was closer to 2-3 months.

Do a search on here for Norcal putters. MANY people have had terrible, horrible experiences with them. Use ANYONE else.

You may encounter problems with the logos. I’m guessing someone may do it but others may not. That’s copyrighted.

I sent Golf Garage a Bettinardi for refinish and custom paint fill. I was told I’d get in back in 4-6 weeks. After multiple emails asking about the status I finally got it back after 3+ months. The new finish was great but the paint fill was a mess and there was a large ding in the toe of the putter that wasn’t there when I sent it out. I couldn’t even look down at it and ended up selling it. I think my situation was more exception than rule but I was extremely disappointed.

I had mine repainted from Continental Golf. Turned out pretty good.

I sent mine to Labworx in Texas, outstanding work and service, 4 - 5 weeks it will be done, google Labworx and look at their portfolio and services , outstanding company..
