I dealt with these guys once through their US-facing operation - foundgolfballs.com.

I don't usually post negative reviews, but this was the single worst online purchase experience I've ever had. I ordered their 4A grade which they describe as "The 4A / Near Mint grade golf balls will look like a new ball looks after 12-18 holes with light shading and minor scratches". That's verbatim from their website.

This was not even remotely close to an accurate description of what I received. The balls I got were dingy and look like they had been moldy or stuck in mud for an extended period of time, and even the cleaning process could not clean these balls to a reasonable degree.

However, as bad as the product was, what was exponentially worse was the extraordinarily rude treatment I got when I called them. He basically denied what their website said would be the case, and then he promptly hung up on me. Paypal soon agreed I hadn't received proper product and I at least got some of my money back (minus shipping, which is complete BS as this wasn't "improperly ordered" but instead improperly advertised.)

This was about a year or so ago, so maybe they're better now, but I'd say buyer beware.

(Oh, I buy used golf balls almost exclusively these days. While the range of quality I've received from them has varied, they've all been at least as good as their description stated they'd be - often times much better. I'm pretty tolerant of what used golf balls can look like, but these were basically trash.)
