Certified Pre-owned Condition on Global Golf; is this supposed to be Mint condition??

Just wondering exactly how good of a condition rating this is supposed to be.

Certified pre-owned condition sounds more like a car lot term than a golf club reseller.

yea I was basically asking if that specific condition is equal to "mint" condition. It seems to be the second highest rated condition, with new obviously being the best.

I just ordered a hybrid since I have had some rewards sitting for awhile, will find out shortly

Before Global Golf folded their stand alone TM Preowned site into their main Global Golf web site I purchased multiple TM "Certified Pre Owned" clubs. Upon receipt all of them looked like they were never hit. Some were ridiculously great deals as they were left handed clubs. Those deals for lefties went away when the web sites were merged. :(

I have purchased a couple of Srixon drivers, "like new" condition.

They were still shrink wrapped, brand new drivers for 1/3 the cost of a new one. A prior year model that probably can't be sold as new.

I have been very happy with several purchases from GG.

Recently bought an “excellent” driver headcover and there were a few smudges but there was also a large cut/hole of 5mm in the middle of the face of the headcover. They will be shipping me another one.

I've bought a couple "certified preowned" and it was basically untouched...and it better be since its more expensive than the other conditions. If you order and have an issue just call them. They will replace it or refund you.
